The 90-minute Radiant Heart Clarity Session is designed to meet you where you are at this current moment in life.
You will explore what it is you are desiring to create in your life, identify anything that is holding you back, and gets in the way of your expression.
In this space of co-creation, you will look at the mental/emotional/physical/spiritual aspects of your life and tap into the practices to honor yourself and begin to put actions into place. You will leave with increased clarity of your path and the steps forward.

The 12 Week Radiant Heart Journey is designed as a deeper dive into your life. It is a space to explore where you are now, what you wish to create, and any patterns or blocks that keep you stuck where you are. Think delving into your emotional world and befriending your inner child. We will explore your past/present/future self, what vision is emerging, what identities you are living in, and clear blocks to your path forward. Each session is anchored in intention, introspection, inner wisdom, and expression.
