About Maureen
I do this work because I understand deeply what it means to look within and transform. I consider myself a life long seeker and a person who leaves no stone unturned. Like many of us, I had to learn through many painful experiences and a gigantic wake up call (hello, dis-ease!) to hear my soul speaking to me.
I realized I had spent my entire life looking outside myself for the answers to life’s questions. Little did I know the answers for all of us lie within……
That’s when I began to go within for my guidance and next steps. Despite having spent years feeling confused and overwhelmed, I began to take the steps to prioritize myself.
I soon realized that overdoing and people-pleasing were holding me back.
When I stepped back from the messages we’d been given and decided that my needs mattered, things began to change.
