Hello ~ I’m Maureen, and I’m so happy you’re here. Everything I create is designed with you and our shared sisterhood in mind. Whether we meet on the Mystical Sisterhood® podcast, in a workshop, or in a one-on-one coaching session, I deeply value what you’re seeking, both for yourself and for the collective we’re part of.
That sense of the collective is really where this all began. As far back as I can remember, I’ve challenged convention and sensed what was missing. So often, it was women’s voices and experiences, and the feminine touch this world so deeply needs. So I set about creating spaces where women could share their life’s work and wisdom.
Of course, my own wisdom didn’t come from a textbook. Life, and the people in it, have been my greatest teachers. Becoming a mother, parenting through every age and stage (hello, young adults!), traversing long-term partnership, walking through a cancer journey, and losing my parents all cracked me open in ways no classroom could. Alongside these teachers, I decided to shift careers midlife. I have trained in integrative wellness, conscious parenting, and spiritual psychology, then practiced what I learned in my own life first. My background as a Speech & Language Pathologist ties in with my particular love for voice, expression, and communication.
What I’ve discovered along the way is this: true transformation happens when you commit to considering yourself in every choice you make. It’s a practice, and it’s one that’s truly attainable. My wish is for you to embody your divinity in every moment of your life.
This work is brave. It’s a little rebellious. It still challenges convention. And it creates real change in your life, with ripples that reach everyone around you.

About Maureen
I do this work because I understand deeply what it means to look within and transform. I consider myself a life long seeker and a person who leaves no stone unturned. Like many of us, I had to learn through many painful experiences and a gigantic wake up call (hello, dis-ease!) to hear my soul speaking to me.
I realized I had spent my entire life looking outside myself for the answers to life’s questions. Little did I know the answers for all of us lie within……
That’s when I began to go within for my guidance and next steps. Despite having spent years feeling confused and overwhelmed, I began to take the steps to prioritize myself.
I soon realized that overdoing and people-pleasing were holding me back.
When I stepped back from the messages we’d been given and decided that my needs mattered, things began to change.
